Sisyphean Consult LLC. was founded in 2024 to service smaller to medium sized Real Estate Developers in actively managing the Construction Administration functions during ongoing operations. As a nearly 20-year construction professional Michael Meaney has worked in various roles on the Construction to Ownership side. Those roles and experience lend wisdom and helpful insight on preemptive actions that can be taken prior to work beginning, corrective action needed to remedy improper work, as well as a significant understanding of secondary, and tertiary tasks on both ownership and construction sides that need to be done to achieve successful project goals.
